Book your wellness appointment
After booking, you will immediately receive two emails:
1st Email
Square invoice for $20.00 deposit (CHECK SPAM FOLDER!)
2nd Email
email with a link to complete the Intake Form and sign your Consent for Treatment.
The $20 deposit is to hold your appointment time & does come off total service price. failure to pay will result in CANCELLATION of your appointment. If concierge (we come to you) service is needed please specify in booking appointment.
If you do not see a time that works for you please reach out. We are very accommodating.
(For Sneakpeek, please note mail does not run on Sundays so your results will be delayed a day, though we don't mind drawing you this day.
